Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
At Livspace Home, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a hassle-free return policy, allowing you to return eligible items for any reason within 10 days of purchase.

General Guidelines:
- Returns will be picked & processed at the same address where the original Product was delivered.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging intact. For example, bed sheets must be packed in their original box.
- If the Product was delivered with a seal tag, please ensure it remains attached to facilitate a hassle-free return or exchange.
- Free gifts or promotional items must also be returned if the Product(s) are being returned.
- We will perform a quality check/verification of the items at the time of pickup. After successful pick-up of the Product(s), a refund will then be initiated within 7-10 business days through the refund method selected at the time of return initiation.
Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products
The following Product(s) are not eligible for return and refund: Made-to-Order Product(s), Appliances & Furniture. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or incorrect item/s delivered to you, we will provide a refund/replacement after verification upon receipt of the returned Product(s). We reserve the right to inspect the item before issuing a refund.
Important Notes:
- Any misuse or abuse of this policy may result in Livspace Home restricting return and refund privileges at its sole discretion.
- Livspace Home is not responsible for any incorrect Product(s) returned. If an incorrect or additional Product(s) are included in your return package, we will not be liable for returning the item to you or issuing any refund for it.
Livspace Home - Cancellation Policy
You can choose to cancel your orders within 6 hours of placing them. This is not applicable for Made-to-Order products, stylist-placed orders, appliances & furniture. Upon successful cancellation, any amount paid will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
Made-to-order products are custom-manufactured based on your specific requirements and preferences. Due to the personalised nature of these products, cancellations or returns are not permitted once the order has been placed, regardless of its fulfilment status. This clause overrides any general cancellation or return policies for standard products.
We do not allow cancellation of stylist-placed orders, appliances and furniture orders.
Stylist-Placed Orders
Orders placed via the Livspace Home stylist channel, whether readymade or made-to-order, cannot be cancelled once placed. This clause overrides any general cancellation or return policies for standard products.
Please note:
Order cancellations are not accepted once the order is in Packed/Shipped status..
